Our Church
Founded in 1820 as Little Darby Baptist Church, First Church has a legacy of reaching generations of families in Madison County with the gospel of Jesus Christ—a legacy which, by God's grace, we aim to continue today.
Our Mission
In Jesus' final words to His disciples in Matthew 28, He commissioned them to make disciples and encouraged them that He would always be with them. In our desire to live obediently to Jesus, First Church exists to glorify God by exalting Jesus and inviting others to know, love, and follow Him.
Our Worship
Each week we gather at 10:45 AM to exalt Jesus and equip the church through prayer, contemporary worship, and expositional preaching. During our Sunday morning worship, Children up through 6th grade have the opportunity to learn at their level in our kids church where they will discover how all Scripture points us to Jesus.
